About

Since 1997, Pen & Inc has supported organizations in the development of web-based communications, electronic newsletters, high quality print collaterals and marketing strategies. More recently, we are focused on supporting public sector organizations (those funded by government and subject to open records laws) in their effort to comply with transparency requirements and the need to demonstrate good stewardship of taxpayer funding. Our mission is to reveal public sector organizations’ value to the communities they serve.

Jean Bolduc, principal consultant, has substantial experience in the nonprofit sector, in top management of a large housing authority, in corporate training and community leadership.
